Afghan Refugees Solidarity and Assistance Association (ARSA)GIZ organized an information meeting on Marriage and Divorce procedures as part of the German cooperation CLIP2 (Coherence Movement Project). This information meeting was given by Şeyma Herdem the lawyer.

 

In the three-hour information meeting held at the ARSA Association, information was given on the civil laws of the Republic of Turkey. "What are the documents required for marriage and divorce? What are the application procedures? What are the legal procedures to be done in marriage and divorce procedures? What are the rights of the applicants?" The beneficiaries were informed in detail on such issues. At the end of the training, refugees asked our advisor one-to-one questions. The training ended at the end of the question and answer session.
