Afghan Refugee Solidarity Association held an information meeting for our beneficiaries on the International Protection Application Procedure and Appeal to Negative Decisions, on Thursday, December 22, between 2 pm- 5 pm, within the scope of the “Community-Based Local Initiatives Project (CLIP 2)” harmonization movement project funded by the joint fund of the German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and the European Union's Humanitarian Aid Agency (ECHO) and carried out by the German International Cooperation Agency (GIZ). This meeting, which was held in the meeting hall of our association, was given by Lawyer Şeyma Herdem. Following the presentations on the international protection application procedure in Turkey and the procedures for appealing against negative decisions, the experts' observations on practice, solution suggestions and sample decisions taken from the courts were shared. Our information meeting,in which the participants showed great interest, ended with the question-and-answer session held at the end of the presentation and the evaluations of the participants.
