The 4th Children's Painting Festival, organized as part of April 23, was held in cooperation with the Afghan Refugees Solidarity and Assistance Association (ARSA), Kayseri Provincial Migration Administration, Red Crescent Community Center and United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).
415 people applied to the competition with the participation of primary and secondary school (7-11 years and 12-14 years old) children from different cities of Turkey. The award ceremony of the 4th Picture Festival was attended by the President of the Association, Dr. It was broadcast live on the official facebook page of our association with the participation of Zakira Hekmat and artist Qiyam ashuri.
