Afghan Refugees Solidarity Association Turkish Speaking Club held its first breakfast event at the Kayseri Teachers' House Restaurant. A total of 38 local and refugee speaking club members attended the breakfast. During this enjoyable breakfast program, the contributions of the Turkish-speaking club to language development and social integration, as well as ARSA's past activities, were discussed in detail. Zakira Hekmat, tho Founder and President of ARSA, delivered the opening speech of the event and gave a thank-you speech before the breakfast and also provided information about ARSA's future activities.
This event was held within the scope of profect called "Improving Community-based Social Services for Refugees and Vulnerable Residents of Host Communities in Türkiye (CLIP 2)” which is co-funded by the European Union through its Humanitarian Aid Operations department (ECHO) and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ).
