AARJapan Partnership and Capacity Development Manager Moataz Farah, Protection and Capacity Development Officer Nas Çay, Accountability Manager Bayram Altıntaş gave a two-day training to the project staff and managers before the new project that will start with support of AAR Japan.


On the first day of the training, protection, the principles of protection, the purpose of protection, how case management is carried out and case management steps were emphasized, while the newly established case management committee was also mentioned.
In the first part of the second day; While accountability, policy documents and complaint mechanisms were discussed, the second part focused on case interviews, working with an interpreter and communication skills.


While this training was useful for informing the staff before the project implementation, it also provided the parties with the opportunity for ARSA and AAR Japan to present their expectations during the project process.
