The Asylum Seekers and Refugees Solidarity Association (ARSA) hosted an Inter-Agency Coordination Meeting with the participation of representatives from public institutions and civil society organizations. Attendees included representatives from the Provincial Directorate of National Education, the Provincial Directorate of Family and Social Services, the Migrant Health Center, IMEP, the Association of Mukhtars, UNHCR, Mazlumder, SGDD-ASAM, Kayseri Ensar Association, as well as members of ARSA’s Board of Directors.
The main agenda of the meeting focused on the Voluntary Return process, current challenges encountered across the province, and potential solutions to address these issues. Representatives of participating institutions shared field-related needs and obstacles, evaluating areas where coordination should be strengthened.
ARSA expressed its pleasure in hosting this meeting, which brought all stakeholders together around the same table. We will continue to contribute to strengthening inter-agency collaboration, developing joint solution mechanisms, and ensuring more effective implementation of field activities.
At the conclusion of the meeting, participants agreed to maintain regular information-sharing among institutions and to develop joint action steps targeting identified priority areas.
This program was carried out with the support of Terre Des Hommes, a leading international organization advocating for children’s rights.
