Representatives from ARSA association and RET International visited Miss Narges, who placed third in ARSA's fifth annual art festival. Narges spoke of her future dreams and goals and how she wants to reach them. ARSA always encourages artists to reach for the stars and hopes to support more artists and help showcase their talents!
