The Cohesion in Local Meetings was held on January 13, 2023 by the Kayseri Provincial Directorate of Migration Management in cooperation with the International Organization for Migration (IOM). Kayseri Provincial Migration Management Manager Ahmet Danışman, United Nations Migration Agency Project Officer Melis Kurucu, Head of Migration Management Group İsmail Aslan and other Kayseri Provincial Migration Management experts attended the meeting. The meeting took place in two sessions.

In the first session, a consultation meeting was held with non-governmental organizations in Kayseri. Afterwards, Yusuf Alçelik from the Red Crescent Community Center, Dr. Zakira Hekmat from the Afghan Refugees Solidarity Association (ARSA) and Mehmet Şavata from the (ASAM) Association for Solidarity with Asylum Seekers and Migrants  made a presentation on the work carried out by immigration experts about the integration process of foreigners. 

Participants, which are refugees (mostly females), participated in the information meetings titled Types of Violence Against Women and Precautions by Erciyes University Sociology Department Lect. Member Dr. Ilkay Şahin and Women's Studies graduate student Melike Yazan, Legal Regulations and Application Mechanisms in Combating Violence by Violence Prevention and Monitoring Center Social Service Specialist Merve Çağlar, Migrant Women in Turkey from Abdullah Gül University, Dr. Instructor Fatma Armağan Teke Lloyd, Psychosocial Support Processes for Women Victims of Gender-Based Violence by Psychologist İkbal Öztürk from the Association for Solidarity with Asylum Seekers and Migrants in Turkey, by Sibel Pernek, The Role of Public Education Centers in the Education Process of Foreign Women by Deputy Director of Melikgazi Public Training Center and listened to Munire Hamdo's Success Story from herself in the second session
