Eligibility Criteria

Official Status: Syrians under temporary protection, individuals with international protection status, and Turkish citizens

Age: Between 18–35 years

Enrolment: Must be enrolled in higher education in Türkiye (associate degree, undergraduate, graduate, or doctoral programs)

University Provinces: All provinces of Türkiye

Faculties/Departments: Engineering, Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences, Business, Design and Architecture, Arts and Sciences, Education, Law, Languages, Medicine and Health Sciences, Dentistry, Pharmacy, and Communication

GPA Requirement: Minimum GPA of 2.5/4.0 or 65/100
Students currently benefiting from ESPS, as well as those in preparatory and distance education programs, are not eligible. Applicants must be enrolled in formal higher education programs.
Scholarship Details
Payment Conditions:
Scholarship payments are made in two instalments (one per semester) after the academic term begins, upon submission of documents proving enrolment and continued academic performance. The scholarships are non-repayable.
