On June 4, 2024, the President of the ARSA Association, Zakira HEKMAT, along with her team, visited the office of Kayseri Governor Gokmen CICEK. Hosted by Governor CICEK and the Kayseri Governor's Office, the meeting provided a platform for in-depth discussions on the activities of the ARSA Association and the upcoming projects planned under its umbrella for the new term.

During the meeting, detailed information was presented to Governor CICEK about the various projects implemented by the ARSA Association. Key topics included the development of women's cooperatives, activities and protocols carried out in collaboration with the Ministry of National Education, the children's choir established to promote cultural and social integration, and the creation of sports facilities for children. The discussions highlighted the importance of strong public-NGO cooperation. Additionally, Governor CICEK and the esteemed members of the Kayseri Governor's Office protocol were invited to visit the ARSA Association to observe the ongoing projects firsthand.

The meeting concluded with a mutual decision to manage the process collaboratively and to hold further meetings to advance all planned projects.
