ARSA hosted its partner organization, Upinion, and carried out a series of activities aimed at strengthening refugee participation and engagement with communities.

As part of the visit, training sessions were organized for the ARSA team on digital outreach methods and platform management. In addition, meetings were held with community members participating in the Upinion platform to discuss feedback received from communities, challenges encountered, and emerging needs.

The program also included focus group discussions with refugee and migrant communities. Through these discussions, participants shared their experiences, information needs, and the key challenges they face, providing valuable first-hand insights.

The collaboration between ARSA and Upinion continues to contribute to making the voices of refugee and migrant communities more visible, while also supporting evidence-based programming and advocacy efforts.
