On August 15, 2024, the IMEP project team visited the ARSA Association to strengthen collaborations aimed at facilitating access to sustainable livelihoods and formal employment for host communities and refugees through apprenticeship and vocational training in line with labor market needs. In the meeting held between ARSA Association Founder Dr. Zakira Hekmat and ARSA staff, a comprehensive exchange of ideas took place regarding potential collaborations and joint projects between the two organizations.

During the visit, the ARSA team presented their recommendations to Hamdi Pancar, the IMEP Project's Regional Coordinator for Kayseri, by identifying risk factors and aligning their expertise with the goals of the IMEP projects. Pancar, valuing ARSA Association's contributions, provided a positive and constructive assessment of potential collaborations.
